TOUKON ROAD SIDE STORY: THE GOLDEN FLEECE - Day 1

It was quite a day at the Hoplite Sports Center as we gathered for the first TOUKON ROAD SIDE STORY, an invitation from a local pro-wrestling company to compete in what has been billed as the Argonaut Tag League. The winners will become the All-Mediterranean Tag Team Champions and defend the title during MAX-J’s second leg of the super-tour, EUROPA RUSH!, and longer if they do not lose the titles.

The local Greek fans were very happy to see their local masked heavyweight AGAMEMNON teamed with AJ Knight to advance to the quarterfinals. “Mountain” Shinjiro, the newly christened MAX Royal Road Champion, had quite a fan section himself, with the numerous Mountain BROs wearing tanktops and sunglasses as they cheered on the fighter.




Tomorrow, we’ll see the quarter, semi, and final round of the tournament in what is sure to be an exhausting day for the fighters. Only the toughest fighters with the most endurance will emerge, and we here at ENSOU! TV will have the scoop as soon as the action lands.

1. Argonaut Tag League: Go Gensai and Hiro Minamoto defeat Chris Ravenna and Falcon Hamada (10:07) via submission when Gensai uses a rear naked choke on Hamada.
2. Argonaut Tag League: AJ Knight and AGAMEMNON defeat Tokyo Zombie and KOSUKE (11:32) via pinfall when Knight uses a Knightfall DDT on KOSUKE.
3. Argonaut Tag League: Frank Dylan James and Balloon Yamazaki defeat Masayoshi Arimoto and Umetaro Sakamoto (9:20) via submission when Yamazaki uses a grounded headlock on Sakamoto.
4. Argonaut Tag League: James Edwards and Hercules Cendana defeat David Troy and Vlad Beszjita (10:50) via submission after Edwards uses the Myth’s End on Beszjita.
5. Argonaut Tag League: Mushigahara and Yoshihiro Sawamura defeat Jacob Hammerstein and Thunder Mask (12:56) via submission when Sawamura uses a cross armbreaker on Thunder Mask.
6. Argonaut Tag League: Shinjiro Nakama and Toru Ishii defeat Eron Hunter and Paladin Constantinou (11:15) via pinfall after Nakama uses a knee strike on Constantinou.
7. Argonaut Tag League: GRIM and Shachimon defeat Alexander Irvine and Earth Warrior (12:16) via submission when GRIM uses a rear naked choke on Warrior.
