CHIKASHI ENATSU - Founder of MAXIMUM Japan Pro-Wrestling
- A wealthy entrepreneur who earned his fortune running a wildly successful optometry and ophthalmology manufacturing business, Megane MAXIMUM, he had watched pro-wrestling since his youth and established numerous contacts in the industry. He initially competed for the bidding of Shining Road Pro-Wrestling in April 2015 but lost out to the North American-based Pollo Bucket. He responded by establishing MAXIMUM Japan Pro-Wrestling in August 2017. After nearly a year of butting heads with then General Manager Masaaki Sano, Enatsu liquidated his assets from the company in December 2018 and left the group to die.MASAAKI "GENKI" SANO - Former President and General Manager of MAXIMUM Japan Pro-Wrestling
- Hired in late 2017 to handle the responsibilities of the MAX Japan roster and be the spokesperson for most major announcements. He cut his teeth working his way up through the business side of pro-wrestling and was the Chief Financial Officer of Shining Road Pro-Wrestling and led the organization of the wildly successful 2017 Sword of Lite Grand Prix, leading to his hire as GM. After Enatsu's departure, Sano was given the title of President and General Manager in January 2019. He sought to expand into global markets, believing it to be the only way for the promotion to survive. His ambitious TOUKON ROAD series would end up putting the company back in the red in April 2019, signalling his departure from MAX Japan.

- Murakami-san has a long history both in Japan and around the world, most recently serving as the senior vice-president of the British Commonwealth-based Royal Pro-Wrestling Association. As the chairman of MJPW’s competition committee, the governing body which administrates the MAX championships and tournaments. All championship matches must receive his approval. He is stern and singularly concerned with promoting the prestige of the company.

- Floss has been in the business for over 35 years and has spent most of his tenure in Canada calling matches from Vancouver to Prince Edward Island. He’s the recipient of the prestigious Nelson Award for excellence in pro-wrestling journalism. He first began a working relationship with Pollobucket when he signed on to broadcast the BLACK LION'S ROAD BOM-BA-YE New Year's Eve Festival. Living in Japan since April 2016, he has been the play-by-play announcer for numerous major events alongside his broadcast partner, Albert Mordecai.

- Mordecai is a wrestling veteran of the 1980s and 90s. He is well-known throughout the western provinces including a stint in the British Columbia based Federation MAPLE! and hosting the annual submission-wrestling epic known as the “CATCH me if you can CATCH-AS-CATCH-CAN” Festival. He brings a sharp wit and isn't afraid to dish out his personal feelings during a match. He serves as a foil to the good-natured Tim Floss, often defending the underhanded tactics of heelish rogues. Ultimately, he respects anyone willing to put it all on the line. In short: real respects real.

A Japanese-American hailing from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, Fask has been in the business for over two decades. With his sturdy baritone, Fask wastes no time with vocal acrobatics. He has a business-like approach to the announcing game that lets the audience feel the seriousness of the match.

More affectionately known as "Sue2", she serves as the backstage workhorse of the Broadcast Team. She has an uncanny ability to lead her camera crew right into the thick of the action. Fluent in Japanese, English, and Mandarin, she can communicate with almost anyone and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the pro-wrestling scene in East Asia.

Bentley s a 41 year old broadcaster who fell in love with Japanese pro-wrestling while studying abroad in Fukuoka as an undergraduate at Syracuse University. Graduating with a double-major in journalism and communication, he spent the next five years at a news outlet in Las Vegas, Nevada covering boxing that would enable him to visit the world's most famous arenas, such as Madison Square Garden, Arena México, York Hall, and the Tokyo Dome. Covering the fight game eventually brought him to Japan where he covered Judo, Kickboxing, and Vale Tudo events throughout the country. He served as the Lead Anchor of the Shining Road Review and was picked up by ENSOU! TV as the anchor of the English-language sports program UNION OF SPORTS. He also runs a blog called Bentley’s Beat! which covers news and rumors that have to do with MJPW.

The 27 year old graduate of Waseda University's journalism school, her incredible rise through the ranks saw her on prime-time morning news broadcasts before being scooped up by ENSOU! TV. A former semi-pro tennis player, her love of sports is apparent with every story she tackles.

The son of an American soccer player turned corporate executive and his Japanese mother, he is fluent in Japanese and English, speaking the latter with virtually no accent despite being raised exclusively in Chiba. After studying Judo during his university days, he embarked on a fifteen-year career in pro-wrestling wrestling primarily on the independent circuit. As a middleweight competitor, he became known as quite the technician but would also wrestle against high-flying types under the alias of ISHIGAME. Leaving the sport after tearing his Achilles tendon, he got into broadcasting and become an analyst on the Shining Road Review alongside Solomon Bentley. He was picked up by RYUUSEI Satellite Radio to host SEKAI NO KAI (Kai’s World) where he interviews pro-wrestlers and covers the pro-wrestling action going on around Japan.
