SEKAI NO KAI - Ep. # 2

Welcome back to SEKAI NO KAI! As the title suggests, I’m Kai Harrison. We’d like to follow up on a story that broke a couple days ago. Investigative Reporter Solomon Bentley gave us the news that Toshio Kaneda, a judge in the PYRAMID GRAPPLING LEAGUE, was under investigation in relation to bribery. We’ve learned since then that Kaneda-san indeed has seen his share of financial trouble over the last year, believed to be resulting from mounting legal fees due to a custody battle with his wife, who just so happens to be a Norwegian foreign national.

Did Kaneda-san's financial trouble make him susceptible to bribery? Or is it instead the case that his wife has some kind of connection to Matt Pulver, who just so happens to hail from Sweden, a neighboring Scandinavian country?

We don't want to get ahead of ourselves, and it looks like we won't have to wait long. Just moments ago, Competition Committee Chairman Rokurou Murakami announced that the investigative team has made a major breakthrough in the investigation. An announcement is expected by MJPW General Manager Masaaki Sano tomorrow, Monday afternoon, where it is expected that he will provide a conclusive report to this stunning allegation!
